To Preserve the Korean Jindo in the US :
The KJAA strives to develop caretakers of the Korean Jindo in the US to assure that future owners and fanciers will be able to enjoy the breed’s unique character. To Protect the Korean Jindo in the US : The KJAA considers it a priority to provide education and resources on breed traits, ethical breeding practices, and responsible ownership in the US. It is vital that fanciers understand the importance of breeding healthy, sound, registerable dogs who exhibit the physical look, temperament, and working traits that historically define the breed. It is equally important that fanciers place Jindos in the hands of responsible knowledgeable owners who fully understand breed characteristics and for whom the breed is a good match. To Promote the Korean Jindo in the US: The KJAA encourages all Jindo owners to share their knowledge and love the breed by educating others and by being active with their dogs. Be it through Meet the Breed events, attendance at a local obedience class, or participation in the many activities Jindos excel at, doing fun things with your Jindo is the best possible way to showcase the breed. |
